IN SWEDEN, APPROXIMATELY 20% OF EMPLOYEES IN THE IT SECTOR ARE WOMEN


Increased knowledge of and awareness of gender equality and diversity creates growth and an inclusive, sustainable society.

The project works critically for inclusion and development in the internal and external project activities. This means, among other things, working for:
  • visualization of how restrictive norms govern and distribute power
  • to create a good working environment and increase efficiency and quality
  • to carry out assignments with good quality and in accordance with the objectives of the business in a reflected and conscious manner.

Tools such as handbooks are part of a long-term effort to increase gender equality and integrate a gender perspective into the business. This work aims, among other things, to have a broader recruitment base and to increase the quality of all operations.
